What to do before submitting the form above?
- Make sure you have access to a venue.
- Work out what costs will be involved and how you will cover these (Do teams have to pay an entry fee or will you cover costs out of club funds etc.)
- Look at our upcoming tournaments and make sure your date will not conflice with any that are already organised.
After Form Submission
Once submitted, the form will go to the Australian Unicycle Hockey League committee who will make sure everything is in order (it rarely isn't). This process can take a few days so don't get worried if you don't hear from them immediately. Once they are happy they will contact you to let you know it's all good to go. If for some reason something is not good then they will contact you to discuss how to fix it up. After that, the details will be added to the website and you can start promoting your tournament.
What to do during the tournament?
As the games are played, make sure the details are recorded. Use the relevant spreadsheet below.
It's also a good idea to have a board that is easily visible that you can put games and times on so everyone knows when they need to be on court.
What to do after the tournament?
After the tournament, the only thing you really need to do is return the tournament results to us so we may update the teams scores and adjust the League Ladder accordingly.
